DURING NORMAL OPERATIONS

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned 
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use including: pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, safety pins on products, incomplete strapping or buttons, and makeup stains. 

To initiate a return, please note that all returns will be responsible by the customer.

 

 

Defective Merchandise

If you've received an item that has a defective problem to it, please send us a picture via email to BellaMaisBoutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Please make sure to give us a full description of that specific item. If we don't hear from you within that time frame, then we won't be able to assist you.
